Compared to the many impressive lists from other collectors and traders, my collection currently only represents ''a small drop in the ocean''. Nonetheless, same like Joe Strummer's Memorial Forest, it is in growing process. I was trying to get stuff via german eBay, but there rarely is truly special material offered, and if so, it is far too expensive (often a real rip-off). Also these auction things are opposite the tradition of The Clash, right? After being on the dole for over five years now, my possibilies in this way are very limited anyway. That's why I owe the BIGGEST THANKS to all the 'related Souls' on the www (you know who you are!), who generously provide(d) free cdr's. I promised to spread the music too, so here we go...

Although I am not very experienced in sound editing and technics yet, I am willing to learn to make sure to achieve and provide the best quality material as possible. Of course the outcome mainly is based on the source material, no miracles possible here, I'm afraid. Helpful hints and suggestions are appreciated!
It is no problem to copy audio and video. Available is various HiFi stereo equipment, a Sony Hi-8 VCR and camcorder (not digital), a codefree DVD player. CD's and CD-R's will be copied via Windows(ME) PC and/or Laptop. Also I still keep an old but valued turntable record player to get vinyl onto tape whenever needed (no idea on how to get vinyl onto a PC).
