"Jive After Five"

Why
is there no mention on this site about the work Mike Sanchez did for the
1986 film short "Jive After Five"? It was directed by Crispin
Reece.
I believe he wrote the two songs "The Kokomo" and "Rollin'
Along" just for this movie.
Am I overlooking something here?

Hello the BIG TOWN PLAYBOYS
My name is Marlene and i use to organize concerts in Montpellier(south
of France)
Our
club "hot rock party time" and the town of FRONTIGNAN BEACH organize
THE FIRST ROCK'N'ROLL AND SWING FESTIVAL. The day is on June the 17rd.
PROGRAM: Saturday afternoon... americain and french cars show... market:
records, 40 & 50's clothes... antics objects... cars spares parts...
lindy hop show... local rockabilly band. Saturday night........3 bands.
I must choose two bands before the end of February - may be your are interrested
in coming here on june? Will you please send me as soon as possible your
conditions knowing that we will only supply with: ...Good hotel accomodation...
restaurant meals... beers for the band. We don't take charge of instruments
and transport of the band.
Anyway if you know another band that would like to come and play with you
at this festival let me know quickly.
If you are not interrested for june, don't hesitate to contact me when
you do a gig in France or when you would like to come. You can send me
an answer by e mail or by phone in the evening: 04 67 92 84 69.

My name is Kenny Love, self proclaimed"King of Swing your Rock-a-billy Dream" Legend in my own Mind. Just wanted to say that I really enjoyed what you cats layed down with Jeff Beck, was great! I eat, breath, and sleep rock-a-billy music. Gene Vincent, Johnny Burnette, Joe Clay, you name it. Have been performing for over 20yrs. My group Kenny Love & The Rock-er-fellas (striped down 3 piece) has become the number one roots rock band in AZ. Would love to see you perform in our town (Phoenix Az). is cancelled.
New date: WED. 21.04.99.

Can anyone tell me if the BTP have any future dates set to play at Chambers in Jersey. I saw them there last year, and can honestly say they are one of the best gigs I have seen. Please come back!! PS. Chambers is underated a a music venue.. one of the best in the UK.

Bring back Andy Sylvester on guitar & Nick Lunt on sax.
They sound completely different with Sonny (van halen) on guitar.
Let's get back to some hot boogie woogie without the HM overtones.
